Mandi. Three tablespoons of spices
Vinegar Two tablespoons
lemon..Three tablespoons of juice
Ginger. Two tablespoons of garlic paste
Cayenne pepper..A chopped spoon
1 tablespoon of peppercorns
Chicken 2. A whole chicken
Edible oil Three tablespoons
Onion 2. Half an onion
raisin..Twenty grams
Cashew..Twenty grams
Green pepper
Salt 2. According to taste
Rice (guard) Six hundred grams
Red colour..A quarter teaspoon

In a bowl, take the Mandi spices and add vinegar, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chillies, chilli and mix well.

Now take the chicken in a bowl and mix it well by putting the prepared mixture in it and keep it in the fridge for six to eight hours.

Now take cooking oil in a pot and lightly brown it by putting onion in it.

Add raisins, barley, green chillies, cumin seeds and water and bring to a boil.

Now add salt and rice and cook for 15 minutes till some water is left.

Then open the tail and garnish it with red.
Then put the steamed chicken in a steamer and steam the pan.

Then take the cooked rice in a pot and put the roasted chicken in it, put an aluminum bowl in it and put burning charcoal and cooking oil on it, close the lid and remove the lid after two minutes.

Your delicious chicken mandi is ready.

Proven cumin 1. Fifteen grams
Large cardamom. Six digits
Small cardamom. Eight digits
Cinnamon 1. Four pieces
Jalutri 4 .. four numbers
In a pan, take coriander and fry cumin, black pepper, fennel, star anise, big cardamom, small cardamom, cinnamon and jalutri and fry it.
